Tell us briefly what is going on. We will listen, ask the right questions, and decide together whether one of our practitioners is the right next step.

60–90 minute initial consultation
A thorough intake on health history, symptoms, lifestyle and goals. Conducted by secure video, or as a home visit in select areas. Time enough to be properly heard.

Bespoke prescription
Your tailored herbal formula, homeopathic protocol or nutritional plan — prepared to order and posted to your door anywhere in the UK.

Follow-ups paced to you
Most clients have a 30–45 minute follow-up every 4–6 weeks. Adjustments based on how you are responding, with messaging support between sessions.

Online, in person, or home visits?
Most consultations are conducted online by secure video and that suits most clients. Home visits are available in select areas — ask on the discovery call whether yours is covered.
How is my prescription delivered?
Bespoke herbal and homeopathic prescriptions are prepared to order and posted to your address anywhere in the UK. Most arrive within 2–3 working days.
Can I keep my GP in the loop?
Yes — and we encourage it. Our practitioners write a clear plan you can share with your GP, and will refer back to them where appropriate.
What does the discovery call cover?
A short conversation about what is going on for you, an honest take on whether holistic therapy is the right fit, and a recommendation for which type of practitioner suits you. No pressure to book.
