You book a free 15-minute discovery call. We listen to what is going on, recommend the practitioner whose approach best fits your case, and book your initial consultation. From there it is a normal therapeutic relationship — consultations, bespoke prescriptions where appropriate, and follow-ups paced to your treatment.

Qualified, registered practitioners across herbal medicine (NIMH), homeopathy (ARH), Chinese medicine (RCHM), nutritional therapy, and CBT/mindfulness. Every practitioner is registered with their professional body and holds qualifications from a recognised UK institution.

Most consultations are conducted online by secure video call — that suits most clients and is what we do best. Home visits are available in select areas; ask on the discovery call whether yours is covered.

Yes — we encourage you to keep your GP in the loop and our practitioners write a clear plan you can share. They will refer back to your GP where appropriate, and never advise you to stop conventional medication without your prescriber’s involvement.

Initial 60-minute consultations are £64.95 PAYG or £48.95 on a 30-day rolling subscription. Follow-ups are £44.95 / £33.95. Bespoke herbal prescriptions are £12.95 PAYG or free with subscription. Three- to six-month programmes are bundled from £495. Full breakdown on the pricing page.

It varies. Most clients feel some shift in 2–4 weeks. Stable, durable change usually takes 8–12 weeks of focused work. Chronic and complex conditions are typically 3–6 months.

Often yes — with care. Your practitioner will check every interaction and only prescribe combinations they are confident in. Where something needs your GP’s attention, they will say so.

Bespoke herbal and homeopathic prescriptions are prepared to order in our partner pharmacy and posted to your address anywhere in the UK. Most arrive within 2–3 working days.

Yes — the subscription is 30-day rolling. Cancel before your next billing date for free.

Yes. Consultations are conducted on encrypted video, notes are stored securely, and we never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

Tell your practitioner. Recovery is rarely linear and a good practitioner welcomes the conversation. If a different modality would suit you better, we will rematch you within the network at no extra cost.
