Gut Reset Programme
For IBS, bloating, GERD, and chronic gut imbalance
A focused three-month protocol for clients ready to address the root causes of digestive distress. Your practitioner — typically a NIMH-registered medical herbalist — runs a full case review, identifies likely drivers (microbial imbalance, motility, food sensitivities, stress axis), and builds a stepped plan combining bespoke herbal prescriptions, dietary protocol, and lifestyle adjustments.
Most clients see meaningful symptom shift by the second month. The weekly check-in messaging means we are adjusting in real time rather than waiting for the next appointment to course-correct.

Hormonal Balance Programme
For PMS, PCOS, perimenopause and cycle disruption
Three months of structured hormonal support — blending herbal medicine, homeopathy or Chinese medicine (depending on which suits your case best) with cycle-aware nutrition and lifestyle work. We start with a full hormonal picture: cycle history, symptom pattern, stress and sleep, and any recent bloods.
The protocol is built around your cycle phase, so prescriptions and lifestyle prompts shift as the month progresses. You will also receive a perimenopause workbook or cycle tracking template, depending on which stage you are in.

Fertility Support Programme
For couples preparing for conception, naturally or alongside IVF
A six-month preconception programme drawing on the evidence that egg and sperm quality respond to a three-month window of preparation. We work with both partners — addressing nutritional status, hormonal balance, stress load, and any underlying issues that might be reducing fertility on either side.
The programme can run standalone, or alongside IVF / IUI under the care of your clinic. Either way, you receive bespoke herbal or homeopathic prescriptions, a cycle-tracking and nutritional protocol, and weekly check-in messaging across the full six months — including any cycle on which you try to conceive.

- You want to try a single consultation first before committing — that is completely fine, and what we usually recommend
- Your concern is acute (sudden, severe, or under one month) — start with your GP first
- You are looking for diagnosis-only services — we are practitioners, not diagnostic clinics
- You are pregnant and have not yet flagged it on the discovery call — some herbs are contraindicated and we will adjust
- You want to mix and match prescriptions across multiple practitioners — programmes are one-practitioner relationships

Frequently asked
Are the prescriptions included in the price?
Yes — the prescription cost is built into the programme price. Your practitioner sends you up to three (Gut Reset / Hormonal) or six (Fertility) prescriptions over the programme, dispatched directly from our compounding pharmacy. There are no additional ingredient charges.
What if I want to cancel partway through?
You can cancel at any time. We refund the unused consultations on a pro-rata basis, minus a £75 administration fee. Prescriptions already dispatched are non-refundable. Most clients who consider cancelling are actually responding well — we will always have an honest conversation before processing anything.
Can I do a programme alongside my GP or specialist?
Yes, and we encourage it. Our practitioners regularly liaise with NHS GPs, gynaecologists, gastroenterologists, fertility clinics and endocrinologists. With your consent, we can write a brief outlining the herbal or homeopathic plan so your medical team is informed of anything that might interact with prescribed medication.
How quickly will I see results?
It varies by case and condition. Gut work often shows shifts within 4–6 weeks. Hormonal patterns typically need 2–3 cycles before clear change is visible. Fertility work is paced to the 90-day egg/sperm maturation window. Your practitioner will set honest expectations on the initial consultation.
Do I need to be in the UK?
The programme runs online via secure video, so you can be anywhere. However, prescriptions are dispatched from our UK compounding pharmacy and we can only post within the UK. If you are based abroad, your practitioner can advise on locally-available equivalents instead.
What happens after the programme ends?
You move onto our member rate for 12 months — typically 15–20% off standard consultation fees — so you can book top-up sessions or repeat prescriptions without committing to another full programme. Many clients shift to a quarterly check-in cadence.
