A 90-minute first consultation covering physical symptoms, mental and emotional patterns, and life context. The detail informs the prescription.

Constitutional prescribing
A single remedy chosen for the whole picture, not a combination. Repertorised carefully and reviewed against the case.

Repeats and adjustments
Follow-ups every 4–6 weeks to assess response and adjust potency or remedy as the picture shifts.

Honest about scope
Homeopathy fits some cases and not others. Our homeopaths will refer you to a herbalist or back to your GP if that is the better route.

Is there evidence for homeopathy?
The evidence base is mixed and contested. Our homeopaths are honest about that. Many clients find it useful where other approaches have not helped, particularly for cases with strong constitutional or emotional dimensions.
Can I take homeopathic remedies with prescribed medication?
Almost always, yes. Homeopathic remedies are highly diluted and rarely interact with conventional drugs. Your homeopath will still want to know what you are on.
How long do remedies take to work?
Acute remedies act quickly — sometimes within hours. Constitutional prescribing for chronic conditions usually shows shifts in the first 4–8 weeks of work.
Is this safe in pregnancy?
Homeopathic remedies are generally regarded as safe in pregnancy when prescribed by a qualified homeopath. Always tell your homeopath if you are pregnant or trying.
