PAEAN Wellness Assistant

A guided AI companion to help you understand which holistic therapies might suit your case, prepare questions for a consultation, and navigate the work our practitioners do — without ever replacing a real conversation with a qualified human.

A reflective, calm scene representing the wellness assistant

What it does

Triage, learn, prepare

The Wellness Assistant is being trained to help you decide whether holistic therapy is worth exploring for your case, point you to the modality (or combination) most likely to fit, and help you arrive at a discovery call already clearer about what you want to ask.

Designed around three jobs

How it complements our practitioners

01

Triage

Tell it briefly what is going on. It will tell you whether one of our therapies is plausibly useful, or whether you would be better served elsewhere — including by conventional medicine.

02

Educate

Ask questions about herbal medicine, homeopathy, Chinese medicine or nutrition. Get evidence-led answers in plain language, with links to deeper reading where you want it.

03

Prepare

Before a consultation, work through what to expect, what your practitioner will likely ask, and what you want to bring up. The session goes deeper as a result.

What it is not

Not a replacement for a practitioner

The Wellness Assistant cannot diagnose, prescribe, or replace a clinical conversation. Anything it suggests is grounded in published evidence and the same training our practitioners draw on, but it is not a substitute for an actual consultation.

How we built it

Practitioner-supervised, evidence-led

Trained on the clinical material our practitioners use day-to-day, with guardrails written by qualified UK herbalists, homeopaths and Chinese medicine practitioners. Updated continuously as the evidence base evolves.

Be the first to try it

We are inviting a small group of clients to test the assistant before public launch. Book a discovery call to be added to the early-access list, or to skip the assistant entirely and talk to a real practitioner.
