Overview

Nutrition that meets you where you are

Our nutritional therapists work case-by-case. They take a full intake, look at your testing where you have it, and write a plan around the food, supplementation and lifestyle changes most likely to move the needle for you. The aim is durable, sustainable change — not a strict protocol you abandon by week three.

How our practitioners work

How our nutritional therapists work

01

Functional assessment

A thorough look at digestion, energy, mood, sleep, hormonal patterns and relevant test results to find the levers worth pulling.

02

Bespoke plan

A written nutrition plan tailored to your case, with food templates, supplementation where appropriate, and lifestyle guidance.

03

Sustainable, never extreme

No blanket eliminations without good reason. Your therapist works with the food you can actually live with and build from there.

04

Coordinated with other practitioners

Where you are also working with a herbalist or homeopath, your nutritional therapist coordinates so the work compounds rather than competes.

  • Gut conditions (IBS, IBD, food sensitivities)
  • Energy, blood-sugar and metabolic balance

Frequently asked

Will I have to follow a strict diet?

No, unless your case clearly calls for it and only with a defined endpoint. Our therapists believe in plans you can actually live with.

Are supplements always part of the plan?

Sometimes — rarely as the foundation. Where they help they are recommended. Where food and lifestyle will do the work, they are not.

Do I need lab tests first?

Often it helps; sometimes it is unnecessary. Your therapist will tell you whether testing would change the plan, and which tests are worth doing.

Can my GP refer me?

Yes — we are happy to receive referrals. We also share progress updates back to your GP if you wish.
