Homeopathy for Anxiety

Homeopathy is an individualised, gentle therapy used by around 6 million people in the UK each year. Our registered homeopaths take a careful, person-centred approach to anxiety — selecting remedies based on your unique symptom picture, history and constitution.

01 · The practice

The mind and body are one system — your protocol respects that.

Evidence for homeopathy is contested. Some meta-analyses suggest effects beyond placebo for individualised homeopathy; others find no significant effect. We’re transparent about this — and work alongside conventional care where appropriate.

Safety note

Several nervine herbs interact with prescription medication. St John’s Wort dramatically reduces the effectiveness of SSRIs, contraceptives, warfarin and many other drugs. Valerian, passiflora and hops can amplify sedatives. Never combine these with mental-health medication without working with a registered herbalist who can adjust doses and timing, and always tell your GP and prescribing psychiatrist about herbal treatment.

05 · Frequently asked

Questions about herbal mental-wellbeing support.

Is homeopathy safe?

Yes — homeopathic remedies are highly diluted and have an exceptional safety record. They don’t interact with conventional medication.

Should I stop my anti-anxiety medication?

No — never adjust prescribed medication without your GP. Homeopathy works alongside, not instead of, conventional care.

Is this an evidence-based therapy?

Evidence is mixed. We’re open about this — and present homeopathy as a complementary, not replacement, therapy.

Can I book online from anywhere in the UK?

Yes — consultations are offered by video and home visits are available in selected areas.
