Homeopathy for Menopause

Homeopathy is an individualised therapy that has been used for menopausal symptoms for over 200 years. Our registered homeopaths offer a careful, person-centred approach — selecting remedies based on your unique constitutional picture and presenting symptoms.

01 · The practice

Cycle symptoms rarely mean the same thing for two people.

Homeopathy may be a useful option where: HRT isn’t suitable or tolerated, symptoms are mild-to-moderate, you prefer a gentler approach, or as a complement to other holistic strategies. Evidence is mixed — we’re transparent about this.
