Frequently asked
What is included in an initial consultation?
A 60-minute (sometimes 90-minute for complex cases) intake, full health history, treatment plan, and a written summary of recommendations. Bespoke prescriptions are charged separately on PAYG.
Will my insurance cover this?
Many UK insurers cover NIMH-registered medical herbalists. Most also recognise ARH-registered homeopaths. Check with your insurer; we will provide a receipt with our practitioner’s registration details.
How does the subscription work?
A 30-day rolling subscription billed monthly. It pays for itself if you are having more than one follow-up plus a prescription each month. Pause or cancel any time.
Are programmes refundable if I stop?
Programmes are paid up-front and represent committed clinical capacity. We discuss this clearly before you sign up. Pro-rata refunds are considered case-by-case.
Do you offer concessions?
A small number of subsidised places are available each quarter for low-income clients. Please ask on the discovery call.
