Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains our terms for cancellations, reschedules and refunds for consultations and programmes booked through PAEAN Therapy.

48-hour cancellation policy

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation. Cancellations made within this notice period qualify for a full refund or free reschedule.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, or no-shows, are not refundable. This is because clinic time has been reserved for you and cannot be reallocated to another client at short notice. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial credit toward a future booking in exceptional circumstances (illness, bereavement, emergency).

How to cancel or reschedule

• Use the cancel/reschedule link in your booking confirmation email
• Or email hello@paeantherapy.com with your booking reference
• Please give as much notice as possible — even outside the 48-hour window

Practitioner cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a reschedule at a time that suits you. We will give as much notice as possible.

Programme bundles (Gut Reset, Hormonal Balance, Fertility Support)

Programme bundles are sold as a complete package of consultations, prescriptions, and supporting materials. Refunds for unused sessions within a programme are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to discontinue a programme, please email us to discuss.

Herbal prescription refunds

Bespoke herbal prescriptions are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched, except in the case of a manufacturing fault. If you have a concern about your prescription, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days back to the original payment method. Card refunds may take an additional 3-5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Membership cancellation

If you join the PAEAN Membership (when launched), you can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period — there are no partial-period refunds, but you will not be billed again.
