How it works
01 — Apply
Tell us about your practice, qualifications and what you treat. We’re particularly looking for registered herbalists (NIMH/URHP), homeopaths, BAcC acupuncturists, naturopaths and qualified nutritionists.
02 — Onboard
If your profile fits, we’ll arrange a short call, verify your registration, and set up your practitioner page. Onboarding takes about a week.
03 — Practise
Receive booked, paid consultations through the PAEAN platform. We handle scheduling, payments and admin so you can focus on care.

Pre-qualified clients
Clients book directly through PAEAN after completing our guided assessment, so they arrive informed and motivated.
Online consultations
Practise from anywhere in the UK. Integrated video consultations, automated reminders, and online prescription management.
No admin overhead
Scheduling, payments, follow-ups, and patient records are all handled inside the platform — we manage the operational load.
Pilot terms
Practitioners joining during the launch pilot pay zero platform fees for the first six months — we’re validating the model with our founding cohort.
Transparent split
After the pilot period, PAEAN takes a flat percentage of each consultation. No hidden fees and no listing charges. Monthly payouts direct to your account.
Brand presence
A profile page on PAEAN with your bio, qualifications, photo and specialisms — discoverable by clients researching their condition.

Common questions
Who can apply?
Registered, qualified holistic practitioners based in the UK, with current professional indemnity insurance and membership of a recognised association in your discipline.
Do I need to give up my existing practice?
No. PAEAN works alongside your existing in-person practice — most of our practitioners use PAEAN for their online and out-of-hours consultations.
How many clients can I expect?
Volume depends on your discipline, specialisms, and availability. We’ll be honest with you during onboarding about what’s realistic given current demand in your area of practice.
What about herbal prescriptions?
For practitioners who dispense, we support online prescriptions delivered to the client. We’ll walk you through the dispensing setup at onboarding.
