How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply within one working day. Most messages get a response sooner. If your question is clinical or about a specific symptom, a practitioner will be the one writing back.
Will my message stay private?
Yes. We’re GDPR-compliant and never share your details. Messages are reviewed by PAEAN staff and the relevant registered practitioner only. We don’t sell or share data with advertisers.
Can I speak to someone on the phone?
Yes — the easiest way is to book a free 15-minute discovery call, which happens by video or phone. Tell us in the form if you’d prefer audio-only and we’ll set it up.

PAEAN is a UK-based platform. Our practitioners are spread across the UK and most consultations happen online by video. A handful offer home visits in specific regions — that’s flagged at the booking stage.
